Return and Refund Policy

At Costumax, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've established the following return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Costumes must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Accessories and props must be in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized costumes
• Intimate wear and undergarments
• Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"

3. Return Process

1. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you can initiate a return request by clicking the "Return" button next to your order. A nominal return fee of 15 AED will apply.
2. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a return air waybill containing all the necessary information, including your details and the return address, ensuring a smooth and accurate process.
3. Our trusted shipping partner will contact you and arrange a convenient time to pick up the products for return.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• The refund amount will include the price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
• Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (same day) at support@costumax.com. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
