Return and Refund Policy

At Costumax, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've established the following return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Costumes must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Accessories and props must be in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized costumes
• Intimate wear and undergarments
• Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"
• Makeup and face paint products (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at costumax@yahoo.com to initiate a return.
2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.
4. Ship the item to our return address (provided in the return instructions).
5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• The refund amount will include the price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at costumax@yahoo.com. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
